Howdy howdy kids. This is your ol' pal Matt, just wanting to let all 116 of you in my F-List that I'm not dead, just catching up from work, life, and the Austin City Limits Festival. I have a whole slew of new stuff, Albums In The Day, and other features to post as well as a summary of the 2007 ACL, but a couple of things first:

1) As I noted at the top there are now 116 of you who have friended this journal, and to all of you I must say "thank you", and welcome to the show!

2) With that said, I have a big question for you all: CD-Tracker, the free CD list site that hosts my record collection listing will be closing down December 31st of this year, and I am now in search of a new hosting site for not only my album listing, but also a listing for all of my movies. What are you guys all using? What can you recommend that offers:
  • List import and export capabilities?
  • Offers facilities for wanted or checked out albums?
  • Relatively easy interface for updating individual records?

Any help you can give me is appreciated. Thanks everyone, and look out for all the upcoming entries!

    Hey Amanda! Welcome aboard!

I'm not so much looking for a program. I have pretty good programs for tracking CDs/MP3s (WenSoft's Music Library) and DVDs (EMDB) already. I'm just looking for a decent listing site online.
